I was an out-of-state Power of Attorney selling my brother's house. My brother knew Maria and picked her. I went with his pick and am happy I did. At our first meeting she was very personable and provided a complete market analysis. This was May and we discussed trying to get it on the market in early June. (I had a lot of work to do to get it ready.) Well, we did get it on the market in June, the house sold above asking price with competing offers, and we closed in July.
