There are no words really to describe our experience with Maria. She is amzing. We decided to sell our home after speaking with Maria about the market. She absolutely knew it was the "perfect storm" to sell our home. Within one week we had our house painted and ready for showings. Maria had posted coming soon ads. She then let it hit the market as for sale on a Thursday. We had 27 showings on Friday. Maria had advertised our home to where we had over 5000 views on our home by internet by saturday morning.. Our home was under contract by Sunday evening . We honestly believe that Marias hard hitting marketing skill led to the quick sale of our home.. Knowing us and what we were looking for also led to the quick purchase of our new home. Maria did not waste our time on homes that did not match what we wanted. We were very clear on our wants. and even more clear on our future needs. The road got a little bumpy on our buyers side and Maria was an amazing advocate for us.
